At Winslow Beverly Hills, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions

  • Items may only be returned after they have been physically delivered to the customer.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes.

  • Items must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.

  • Trying on items is permitted, but worn items cannot be returned.

  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.

Return Process

  1. To request a return, contact us at info@winslowbeverlyhills.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Once your request is approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier.

  3. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the full cost of the return shipment, including any customs or import fees.

  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking information, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and approved based on the return conditions above, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Liability

  • Winslow Beverly Hills is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
